My 1st Blog! (March 2026)

This is my 1st blog post to the newly formed website! If you're reading this, it means I finally uploaded my website to neocities (I did this on:3/3/2026)! I hopefully plan to upload a blog to the site every month, we shall see as I will elaborate on this.

This website has been a brain child ever since the winter of 2024 (I actually remember coding a predeccesor that I never uploaded), and good lord has it been a battle. I have this issue where it feels like I have all of these ambitious projects and ideas, but when I get to trying to work on it, I just randomly have no energy for it. A lot of the website wasn't even a coding skill issue believe it or not, I find html and css to be really simple! A lot of my issue was trying to find the right look for it, and that allowed me to overthink for months. I finally got around to this design and I think it perfectly encompasses the vibe I was going for!

Since I've finally mustered up the energy to upload this (Thanks Sertraline, Youtube Music Playlist, and W3), I can finally talk about life and plans! I've genuinely been out of a job for 3-4 months and it's been tough (Fuck the job market), Im not helped that my car broke down, so job searching is tough at the moment! Im looking at some things so hopefully that doesn't last much longer, my family and friends have so far kept me afloat! I think it's times like this I remember that being "self-made" is a myth, it takes a village to get places. Since Ill be done working on this website, Im going to be focusing on starting up a comic and writing all my ideas down.

For political hour (I might make this a staple for blogs), this month has been marked by the military operation surrounding Iran. This political plan has been manifest by the US and Israel for years, as Iran has always been a threat to their regional imperialism. I think it becomes important to recognize that US intervention has straight up never worked to make the world a better place. When the US killed Gaddafi, Libya's Economic and Social Condition plumetted, and has resulted in more death than he was even responsible for. When the US knocks, it is a lie that they are there for peace and stability. I hope that the conflict ends and that the people of the middle east do not incur more trauma and death than it already has. Times like this demand us to be more politically active and we must work to protest this needless violence.

Aside from politics, I also want to create a list of things that I'm wanting to play / watch / read: Gachiakuta Manga (I finished the anime long ago), Avatar Movie Series, Sucker For Love: Crush Landing, The Stranger (Albert Camus), Soul Eater
