Busy Escapades (April 2026)

Welcome again to another certified Briggalias™ blog post! Im probably going to format it much like the last one, so expect stuff about the website, my personal life, politics, and media Im planning on devouring!

First and foremost, I was perhaps a little ambitious about my plans here! I was planning on pumping out a comic in the first month, but that did not obviously come to fruition. I think I realized that I need to refine a story plan first so that Im not just crafting some bullshit LMAO. Plus I work a lot better when I dont have a deadline over my head, so maybe I'll drop that from the comics page. Real grinders probably realize that the games page is blown to smithereens, a game or even me beginning to develop one will take an enormous amount of time, so I figured I shouldnt have one up just yet! I'm thinking about things I want to add to the website, which I think I want: A music player, an easily editable gallery page, perhaps a status indicator, and tweaking the CSS so that my website layout is more stable!

My personal life has gotten actually pretty busy all things considered. Last blog I was unemployed, but now Im working a fulltime job at a retail store. The store is treating me good so far, I just wish that socializing wasn't hard anywhere I go. It's always been a battle to not feel isolated, even when Im near friends, Im not quite sure if its a mindset issue or if I'm quite alien to them. Slight vent aside, Im going to be on my saving money arc, get your money up and not your funny up! Aside from that, when I finally get used to having a job again, I really want to get focused on creating stuff and making my presence on social media more active >:3.

I will likely not include much politic talk this month due to me not really keeping up (To my knowledge its not been different anyway, just the trump cabinet imploding and the continued war in Iran). I just say read your political material and get active/connected with your community, thats the only way truly forward.

This season has TRULY been insane for shows, I had to keep up on JJK, the Boys, Invincible, Dr Stone, Witch Hat Atelier. I did start Soul Eater and finished reading Gachiakuta, anything else I mentioned I unfortunately did not touch smh my head. The plan is to continue Soul Eater, finish the shows that have been releasing, I also kinda want to play omori for some reason, not sure about that one though we shall see.
